Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy
We ship via FedEx.
We currently ship to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Product availability varies by state and certain states are subject to volume limitations. We don’t ship to counties or cities where wine shipping is prohibited, and we don’t ship to these states at all:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, Rhode Island, Utah
We do our best to make sure shipments arrive quickly and in good condition. For that reason, if the weather is too hot or too cold, we may delay shipment until conditions are more favorable. We will keep you notified if this happens.
Proof of age — we can deliver only to people aged 21 and over, so our drivers will require valid ID.
If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund.
In almost all states, if you’re not happy with the wine, the service or anything else, just email us email@example.com and we will refund you the price you paid. As a general rule, we will require return of the bottles you haven’t drunk yet. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will credit your SV account. In NJ, it’s more complicated because this state won’t even allow us to do simple things like cancel orders or return shipments. For help, please call us at 1-303-456-5212.
Wine Club Terms and Conditions
Welcome! Thank you for becoming a part of the Silver Vines Wine Club. To help you make the most of your membership please take a moment to familiarize yourself with all the policies regarding your membership.
There is no fee to join the SV Wine club and you may sign up anytime online, via phone or by visiting the tasting room. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.
By becoming a member, you verify that you or the recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age. You authorize Silver Vines Winery to charge your credit card either monthly or bi-monthly, depending on subscription, for a minimum of three club payments.
The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file the first business day of a club month. It is your obligation to update your credit card information online or by phone (1-303-456-5212) prior to the billing date. In addition, any address changes must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (303-456-5212) at least 5 days prior to this billing. SV is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline. If a club shipment is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping or a restocking fee of $25.
Club wine purchases, tax, and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed. Costs may change without notice.
We have negotiated the lowest shipping costs available and are pleased to pass the savings on to our members. Flat rate shipping charges for all club tiers are available for the contiguous United States. Due to federal law requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a daytime delivery address, preferably a business address, is requested. Shipments are handled by FedEx and cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. Returned or refused shipments will incur additional fees.
We ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, ND, NE, NJ*, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY. Sorry, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Winery Pick Up
We would prefer that you pick-up your wine club in one of our tasting room locations. You are welcome to visit and tasting room location during regular business hours and pick up your available wine. We ask that you pick up your wine within 12 months of billing.
Holds and Cancellations
You may place your membership “on hold” for one shipment per calendar year with a written notice to email@example.com at least 5 days prior to a club month. Please note that a hold on your membership also suspends all club benefits.
Requests to cancel your membership can be made after you have made three wine club payments and with a 14 day cancellation notice to firstname.lastname@example.org or call to 1-303-456-5212.
